May 28, 2007 APSTEC was visited by I.M.Bortnik – CEO of The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) - organization, which among the first supported in 2004 development of Nanosecond Neutron Analysis method in the framework of "START-2004" program.
